LIFETIME WARRANTY – NATURAL STONE
Capital Granite offers a Lifetime Warranty on the Structural performance of the natural stone supplied, fabricated and permanently installed by Capital Granite & Marble, Inc.
Should a seam need to be smoothed out or repaired, give our service department a call. We will send out a technician to get it looking good as the day it was installed. Determination of reasonable repair or replacement of warrantied material is at the discretion of Capital Granite.
Surface imperfections are common to natural stone materials and are not covered by the Warranty.
Please keep in mind, Capital Granite does NOT warranty against etching, chipping, cracking or improper cleaning of natural material. For these stone needs, we will give you a referral to some of the industry’s best Stone Restoration Companies in your area.
Engineered Quartz is not covered under Capital Granite’s Lifetime Warranty. Engineered Quartz does not need sealer and is highly resistant to staining and etching. Most manufactures offer a limited warranty please contact us for additional information on how to get in touch with the manufacturer.
Stain Protection Plan & Warranty
As an optional bonus Capital Granite is pleased to offer a 15 Year Stain Protection Plan on the Natural Stone we provide.
With the purchase of the Stain Protection Plan and regular use of the Miracle Sealants 511 Kleen & Reseal, should you experience a stain or discoloration you cannot remove, give our service department a call. Our skilled technicians will remove the stain at no additional cost to you. Ask your sales associate for further stain protection warranty information.
